Green Beans with feta and tomatoes

This is a great side dish to a rib roast or New York steak! Ingredients 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 chopped onion 1 garlic clove, minced 1 small can diced tomatoes, drained 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice From your Pantry: 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon Thyme or Italian Herbs Cookware: Dutch oven (or similar size cookware) Steps:
First: have all your ingredients ready on the counter and have your green beans are clean and trimmed.
Sauté onion in hot oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat until tender.
Add garlic, cook, stirring often, 4 minutes or until garlic is tender and golden brown.
Add beans, can diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Thyme or Italian Herbs, Salt and Pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes, until beans are tender.
Stir in lemon juice.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with feta.
