Roasted Asparagus

This is another one of my go-to side dishes.

It's very easy, 3 minutes of prep time and nutritious!

Grocery list / ingredients: Fresh Asparagus bunch Thyme Parmesan Cheese or Shaved Parmesan Cheese From your Pantry: Sea salt Pepper Extra virgin olive oil Olive oil spray Cookware: A Sheet pan Steps:

  • Preheat oven at 425°F

  • Spray olive oil spray on the sheet pan

  • Place the asparagus

  • Drizzle the asparagus with a tiny bit of olive oil

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper and thyme

  • Place in the oven for 25 minutes

  • Optionally, dust with a little Parmesan Cheese, or shaved Parmesan Cheese before serving.
