The perfect side salad

This is my go-to side salad recipe. Grocery list / Ingredients: Spring Mix or Baby Herb Salad

(Get a bag at Trader Joes, it's always fresh) From your pantry/fridge: Sea Salt Black Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar (my favorites are the Cranberry Pear White Balsamic and Fig Balsamic from Baker and Olive, Whole Foods also has some fun options) Utensils / gear: Salad Bowl

Steps: In your salad bowl, add the salad, a tablespoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle a little sea salt and pepper. Toss.
